EastBanc Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate who will streamline key initiatives and assist the Executive Director of Operations with daily operations. The candidate should have a passion for technology, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has a keen instinct to identify areas of improvement and create company-wide processes to improve efficiencies and productivity.

This position will report to, and is the right-hand of, the Executive Director of Operations and includes a wide array of responsibilities, including assisting with new business proposals, managing our partner relations, and fostering relationships with employees to improve and define new operational strategies. This position will report directly to the Executive Director of Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Proposal Response. Assist with the proposal response process for potential clients, including reviewing and vetting RFPs, assisting with production, and helping conduct a final quality check before submission.
  • Contracts Management. Assist with writing and managing contracts and documentation databases to ensure all contracts are up-to-date and stored correctly. This includes COIs, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and RFP Responses.
  • Partner Engagement. Assist with managing partner relations, including ensuring visibility within our partner network, maintaining status levels and certifications, and driving new business through strategic partner-led/supported initiatives.
  • Create and Improve Company-wide Processes. Identify, develop, and execute scalable and repeatable systems, processes, and procedures. Examples include onboarding new employees or clients, establishing security best practices, documenting and creating a resource library for a specific department.
  • Administrative Support. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, researching information, and responding to routine inquiries. Proactively collaborate with other administrative staff members in collaboration and coordination of calendars, requests, and events.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years in an operational role
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in owning a project from conception to completion
  • A creative and strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, a strong team player, and able to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build and leverage relationships internally and externally, including sales, marketing, technical, and management teams
  • Constantly willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company continues to grow. This includes getting to know our company, products, and clients on a deeper level to identify areas of improvement
  • Leads by example, maintains a positive attitude, and accomplishes each task with enthusiasm
  • Experience working for software development company of a similar scale a plus
