Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads as well as leads generated from target account-based marketing strategies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will spear head market-research analysis on companies to determine who EBT should be selling to and why.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Activate new leads by cold calling, emailing, and following up on sales inquiries to develop/maintain pipeline
  • Qualify new leads by articulating and assessing EBT’s criteria fit to users and decision-makers
  • Hand-off qualified leads to EBT Account Executive
  • Market-Research Analysis on companies and their respective people to aid in existing deal opportunities and to provide insight on what companies represent market-share growth for EBT
  • Schedule online technical demonstrations in coordination with Account Executive
  • Maintain a pipeline record of opportunities that are qualified for prospect engagement
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, sales meetings and training programs as directed
  • Develop in-depth understanding of each prospect’s needs, matching it for solution-fit and hand off a qualified lead to Account Executive


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of previous inside sales experience; preferred background in software solution and services
  • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals
  • Prior Demonstrated experience prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels and meeting functions
  • Ability to assess wins and research new companies representing a good-fit for market-growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player
