An innovative video banking service, developed in partnership with Vidyo, enabled Barclays Bank to provide its customers with face-to-face conversations with banking advisers via a smartphone, tablet, or PC – regardless of time or location. Barclays Bank referred to the solution as “a watershed moment for the way people do their banking in the U.K.” This new call center model is integrated with Vidyo’s high-definition video conferencing technology.
